This Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance contains a $1,000,000 Errors & Omissions limit of liability, as well as a $1,000,000 General Liability limit of liability.
There is a $1,000 deductible for claims.
The reason we can work with our insurance partners to provide a per-inspection report is because we can determine how many inspections you perform by counting those uploaded to HomeGauge Services.
You can enroll for an initial payment of $270. You will be sent your Certificate of Insurance and then continue as a pay-as-you-go program as seen below.

HomeGauge has partnered with a sister company to offer Errors & Omissions and General Liability insurance on a per-report basis for residential inspections of single-family homes, condos, and multi-family buildings of 4 units or less. Reports uploaded to HomeGauge within three days of an inspection are eligible for coverage, subject to the terms and conditions of the purchased policy.
All qualified HomeGauge inspectors who upload reports via the HomeGauge Dashboard in the following states: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WV.
